How to return an item?
In order to return an item you must contact us within 14 days by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling us at the following number +390815561143, specifying the reason why you want to return the item.
Yuo must return the item within 30 days.
If the request is approved, you will be sent an e-mail explaining how to return the item and shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Should the item be defective , damaged or not corresponded to the description provided, you will recieve a refund wich includes the shipping cost.

Shipping cost all over Canada and U.S.A. is € 35,00.
